F.C.C. Backs Consumers in Unlocking of Cellphones

WASHINGTON — For a decade consumers have been able to keep their cellphone numbers even if they switched their wireless carriers. On Monday, the Obama administration and the Federal Communications Commission said consumers should also be able to switch carriers and keep their actual phones.

For consumers, being able to take their iPhone or any other type of handset with them when they switch carriers could make it easier to take advantage of lower rates once an initial contract is fulfilled. That might mean more price competition and more choices for cellphone customers.

Hadfield tweets unmanned spacecraft brought fruit, peanut butter and notes from home

The commercial supply ship Dragon has arrived at the International Space Station after a shaky start.

Station astronauts used a Canadian robotics arm on Sunday morning to latch onto the supply ship.

The California-based SpaceX company had to struggle with the Dragon following Friday's launch from the Cape Canaveral Air Force station in Florida.

A clogged pressure line or stuck valve prevented the Dragon's thrusters from working, and it took flight controllers several hours to gain control and salvage the mission.

Bunun yanında kanallarda bir duvar kağıdı kullanmak da şu an mümkün değil. Yeni tasarımdaki giriş resminin TV'lerdahil tüm cihazlarda düzgün görünebilmesi için 2.120 x 1.192 pikselölçülerinde olması gerekiyor. Bu resim üzerinde Facebook, Twitter vediğer yeni işlevler görüntüleniyor.
